cozy stay with fantastic rainfall shower and friendly staff who always greet you with a smile

The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was a highlight, providing an invigorating experience every morning. Just a short stroll to the metro made exploring Paris so easy. I appreciated the cute vibe from the staff, who were always ready to assist. The fresh coffee available 24/7 was a good bonus!

Nice hotel, the worse thing is that our room was too small and we neither got a wardrobe! Btw good hotel I liked :-)

The staff were fabulous,(especially Laura) nothing was too much bother. We had a few hitches with tours etc and the staff did their utmost to help us. They answered all our inquiries and the room was kept lovely and clean.

The only problem we had was the lack of space in the room. Perhaps a towel rack would be an advantage also as we were happy not to change them every day to save the environment but there was nowhere to hang the towels to allow them to dry.

Noise from thin walls between rooms could be a major disruptor!!! Limited in-room amenities like coffee making facilities feel outdated!!! Better maintenance could address minor wear and tear issues throughout the hotel!!!

The location was good; enjoyed being really close to So we Are. Fairly friendly staff gave advice on things to do.

Nice and clean, you have to feel comfortable with the clr white, since everything is very simple and white. Really comfortable beds and beautiful view from the upper floors!

The breakfast is served in the bar, wich isn't excactly cose (white and glassy), so we went out instead.

Great location, very helpful reception staff, great to have free internet access. Beautiful rooms.One or two great resturants around the corner and a great patisserie across the road. Metro within 5 mins walk.

Was amazed to find that although the room was beautiful, with a great spacious shower, there was no wardrobe and only three or four hooks on the wall (that were more decorative than functional). Ended up tripping over my suitcase that had to stay open on the floor. Only one tiny shelf and a small pull out drawer under the bed. This would be fine if you were staying for one night only! Also on 2 occasions I had put the do not disturb sign on the door to have the cleaner come in (once without knocking!)!!! Not good!

Good amenities in room. Slippers were appreciated for cold floor.

Not good value for money. Fittings in room were cheap quality. We were upgraded to a superior room on the top floor but even these were tiny - at 170 euros I would not stay again.

Excellent value for the price, with a well-maintained and clean room that featured a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was excellent, though the plastic curtain in the shower room was inadequate, causing splashes. Limited in-room facilities, such as the lack of coffee/tea making amenities, was a downside, but there were convenience options close by.

I must say I immediately upgraded to luxury room I liked the pure white room. The bed was very comfortable the shower great mirrored 3 sided, pure white framed plasma tv excellent .. Roomy toilet separated great

Position was not great no views bit of a danger zone better English from some of the reception area would be more acceptable . Had an enquiry for airport not helpful was told to look up computer , staff member not accommodating needs for extra night stay Due to not understanding and saying oui oui

My stay was REALLY GOOD in service and maintenance. Enjoyed the chic-style building and great value for money and well-organised room with king bed. The location was comfortable and perfect: a bakery and small supermarkets were within walking distance.
